I've always loved creating, and live by the motto "Created to Create" inspired by St JPII's Letter to Artists (you should read it!) I have found that through my creativity, I grow in my realtionship with God- because it is through creativity that we are acting in the image and likeness of our creative Father in heaven.
It has always been a hope of mine to bring others together in fellowship to enjoy this creative sense of spirituality. I'm so excited to invite you to the first of its kind "Created to Create" a creative afternoon retreat of prayer, fellowship, and you guessed it - creativity!

Talk on Creativity and Womanhood
Creating beautiful, faith inspired items is the purpose behind our shop, and we want to share that with you. We are made in the image and likeness of God, and that means we have an inherent capacity for creativity. We will learn how to incorporate this creative desire into our lives as a form of connection with Christ.
Dedicated Prayer Time
It is often hard to find the time during the hustle and bustle of our days to quiet our mind in a moment of intentional prayer. We will join together to make space for prayer with the option of creating a spiritual bouquet of prayers for a loved one.
Light Appetizers, Drinks, Desserts
Share some yummy snacks, treats and conversation with other likeminded women.
Social Time
Enjoy a reception with the company of other women to foster connection and friendship.
Exclusive Shopping
The Little Rose Shop will make available her newest products for a first chance at upcoming holiday shopping.

Do you have any questions?
What if I'm not "crafty"?
This event is beginner-friendly! Creativity is not a competition and regardless of your craft skills, we have ensured that this will be a lovely experience filled with fellowship. Each participant will receive all their materials prepped for them, written instructions, and access to a tutorial video that allows you to work at your pace and never fall behind. We will have several helpers available as well to assist you throughout the creative time!
Can I bring my children?
We have designed this to be a "retreat" experience and want it to be a time of rejuvenation. For this reason we ask that you make arrangements for your children, however, nursing babies are always welcome!
I'm not local and want to attend so badly!
Good news! We've added a virtual option! Virtual attendees will receive a complete Kit to make the Hidden Rosary Wreath and special videos to craft together, pray, and hear a brief encouragement from Raquel about creativity and spirituality. Oh, and they will get some great coupons to get in on the exclusive shopping perks!
What if something comes up and I can no longer attend?
As always, life happens, we are happy to work with you and provide a refund. Cancellations made the day of the event will not be refunded, however we will work to send you your craft materials that would have already been prepared for you.
