Always there, ready to cover us through a cold night, comfort us during sickness, or even just to hang with us while watching a movie.

Not happy

I thought I was ordering the muslin blanket that was being advertised. When I submitted my order I realized it was the wrong one and canceled immediately. However, the blanket was still shipped and I don’t care for it.

We are so sorry you are not satisfied with your order. Minky blankets begin processing immediately, and if an order is placed over the weekend, we are unable to cancel it as we do not work on the weekends. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are more than happy to process a return and refund for this item, as well as send the item you intended to buy, as stated in email correspondence. Still waiting for the exchange, promised

I’ve not heard back from anyone concerning the exchange I was promised. I returned the original received for which I was very disappointed in the quality. I’ve emailed , no reply. I now have no product!
