Be Still Journal

As I've walked through many seasons in my life- one thing I've realized is that there are two simple practices that can ground me and support my soul no matter what I'm facing. Those two practices are simply "beginning" and "ending" my day with Jesus and having a place to write down how He's speaking to me. 

When I don't do these two things, my life quickly spirals into chaos. I've longed for a journal to help me stay accountable to these practices AND that was flexible enough for me to adjust how I begin and end with my current season of life. Sometimes my season allows for a long spiritual read and reflection time, while other seasons I barely have time to mutter "Jesus HELP me get through this day". No matter where you're at, this journal is designed as a tool to challenge you to simply begin and end with him-HOW you do so is up to you and your season of life.
