Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if the Little Rose Shipping Protection was purchased with the order.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • There will be a 5% restocking fee
  • Exchanges are not available. If you need a different size or design, please return the item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. (This method is actually must faster for you to get the correct item than an exchange process).
