I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Our shop works with fulfillment centers for some products - minky blankets, mugs, and shirts are all printed by fulfillment partners. If you've received part of your order but are missing some of these items, rest assured the rest is on the way! You will get tracking for each shipment individually.
I need to submit a return
To initiate a return, please login to our return portal and begin the self-return process. For more information, please refer to our return policy. We do not offer exchanges.
I need to change the shipping address on my order
Orders are processed quickly, and we are unable to make edits once an order has been placed. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately at hello@thelittleroseshop.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If your order has already shipped, you may be able to request a delivery redirect through the carrier. For USPS shipments, you can check their Package Intercept service here
