I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Our shop works with fulfillment centers for some products - minky blankets, mugs, shirts, and pillowcases are all printed by fulfillment partners. If you've received part of your order but are missing some of these items, rest assured the rest is on the way! You will get tracking for each shipment individually.
Will my item arrive before Christmas?
Our Christmas order deadline was December 9th, so any orders placed after that date are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery
I need to change the shipping address on my order
We have a very small window of time (about 30 minutes) after an order has been placed, to change the shipping address. You can email us with the change request, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to fix it in time. Our team is working hard to resolve address issues, but we cannot get to them all as quickly as needed. Thank you for your understanding!
Where is my order? I need an order status update
Current holiday processing times for some items (mug, scarves, and minky blankets) is up to 2 weeks. You will get shipping emails when your order ships. Thank you for your patience with us.
