This fun and easy DIY project will give you an amazing and adorable Saint Squishy for littles to play with.

I love the idea of bringing Jesus, Mary and the Saints into the lives of children through everyday play. These dolls assist parents in building up their domestic church-now their children are having tea parties with Mary, snuggling with Jesus, watching movies with St. Francis, and dragging St. Therese along to the park. What a great way for children to start growing in their spiritual journey - by simply playing with Jesus and the Saints and calling them "friends."

You will receive fabric for the pictured Saint Squishy and directions to complete the project.

In addition to the fabric, this DIY requires:

  • Beginner level sewing skills on a sewing machine
  • Polyfil
  • Needle and thread
  • Scissors

Final project measures 7”x3.5”

I purchased this for my goddaughter for her first communion so I didn’t get to make it but the overall quality seemed good and it was adorable! I will be buying one for each of my kids to make as we learn more about the saints.

Great idea!

Super easy to complete. All my kiddos have a stuffed saint of some sort but my oldest didn't -- no one has St John the Baptist. So, it was wonderful to find one and be able to make it for my son!
